- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THE TIME. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is to survey the market and assist the Government in the development of an acquisition strategy for this procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $7.5 million. Please be advised that the U.S. Government will not pay or reimburse costs for any information provided in response to this Sources Sought announcement. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) West Point on behalf of the United States Military Academy (USMA) West Point, NY has a potential requirement and is seeking responsible sources to provide yearly preventative maintenance on the handle tow, and ski chair lift as well as inspection and certification for all wire ropes on the chair lift and handle tow at the Victor Constant Ski Slope in West Point, NY, during one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Interest parties with the capabilities and experience necessary to meet this requirement should submit a response to this announcement with the following information to Ms. Mitchelle Labady, via email mitchelle.labady@usma.edu. The deadline for receipt of responses is 9:00 AM EDT Monday, 18 August 2014. A generic capability statement or marketing brochure will be considered nonresponsive. A.
