Description

This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Dallas Avionics, Inc, Dallas, TX for Annual Servicing of 9 TDFM 136 Radios. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition. Firms having the ability to provide this service should notify Shawn Tinsley in writing via e-mail at shawn.m.tinsley.mil@mail.mil by the responce date of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
