Description

Subject: RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS Description: Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting proposals to provide the Milwaukee VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI with radiopharmaceuticals. Anticipated period of performance is base period of September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015 with one (1) year option to extend in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. The Government will use a best value analysis in evaluating offers. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 424210 is 100 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about August 12, 2014.
