- Solicitation for NSN 4820-013195783 / PR 0052914989 Eaton Corporation part number: AE84126P, Valve, Breakaway. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This is a source-controlled item. The only approved source for this item is Eaton Corporation (CAGE: 00624). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 18 each. Configuration control applies. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. The required delivery schedule is 364 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFQ. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Quote (RFQ)" under the Solicitations heading.
