- Solicitation RFP 246-2014-P-0019 SF1442 Claremore Aerial View Site Plan Close up of Proposed New Genset Site Site Plan 1975 Close up of Legend Site Plan 1975 Plumbing Notes Current Electrical Riser Diagram Original Electric Riser Diagram Current Electrical System *** This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.*** Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to perform construction and services for Project OK2CAS15H6 to Upgrade the Emergency Generator at Claremore Indian Hospital in accordance with the Scope of Work, project plans and specifications. This is a turn-key project to replace the existing Emergency Generator and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and related components for a complete, integrated emergency power system at the Claremore Indian Hospital located in Claremore, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing Emergency Generator, ATS switchgears, fuel tank and related components. The Contractor will provide and install a Diesel Generator Set, MFG: Cat, Model: C18 (or equal) to include a sound-attenuated, weather-protective enclosure, ATS, fuel tank and related components outside and just south of the existing Emergency Generator. The Contractor shall provide all services to include but not limited to; design, prints, materials, equipment, labor, training, and documentation. The contractor will be required to provide a Quality Control Representative subject to the approval of IHS. All work is to be performed at the Claremore Indian Hospital, Claremore Oklahoma The dollar magnitude is between $200,000.00 and $500,000.00 NAICS 237130 applies and size standard is $33.5M This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.ccr.gov; www.orca.bpn.gov; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from Fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. SITE VISIT A Site Visit is scheduled for 10:30 AM, Friday 22, August 2014. It will be held at Claremore Indian Hospital 101 S Moore Ave, Claremore, OK 74017 This is the only site visit that will be allowed. Any interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to understand existing site conditions and ask any questions or clarifications. Any questions or clarifications generated from the Site Visit shall be submitted no later than 9:00 am, Monday, August 25, 2014.
