- NOTICE OF INTENT The National Park Service intends to award a sole source contract with Thermo Electron North America, LLC for the purchase of an Ion Chromatograph System in support of National Park Service (NPS) National Center for Preservation Technology and Training Center (NCPTT). This notice is in accordance with FAR authority 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)-Only One Responsible source. The NAICS code shall be 334516 with a size standard of 500 per FAR part 6, FAR part 12 and FAR part 13. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be a 30-day delivery from the date of award. The Government reserves the right to adjust the period of performance based on actual date of contract award. No payments for information, capability statements, etc. will result from this announcement. This announcement also in no way requests any form of proposal or quote.
