- Bids are being solicited under solicitation number W9124M-14-Q-JV26. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.If your company can provide the product/services listed on the solicitation and comply with all of the solicitation instructions, please respond to this notice. GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the FedBid Fee, for contract-specific items. If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bid's line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller's applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid's line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller's applicable contract pricing. Steel materials coated, built of rust resistant or oxidation proof materials (such as galvanized or stainless steel). Guarantee to withstand up to 60MPH winds without damage to the lifting mechanism and structure. Vertical raise and lower design for conservation of space. Brand KDC-84 or equal only., 5, EA; LI 002: Automatic motor driven KD Target. Drive sytem must have the following specs: 230VAC 3 phase motor, one 56C frame (three phase) horizontally mounted motor, one high torque gear box, one variable frequency drive unit, two limit switches to indicate each end of the travel. The control system must have the following specs: NEMA 4X non metallic control enclosure, 230VAC 3-PH motor attached to 90 degree gear box, 1HP Mitsubishi variable frequency drive, two limit switches for up and down travel, emergency stop push button, 5, EA; LI 003: Wireless Radio Control System. Specs needed are: wireless controller for commanding targets up and down up to 1 kilometer, emergency stop button, program kit to allow adjustment of the frequency, controller will be capable of raising different arrays of KDs (ex: all lanes, odd/even lanes, individual lanes, etc), transition to manual mode, 1, EA; LI 004: Buttsboard Target Frame Set. Specs needed are: weatherproof, uv resistant. 72"X72" main frame and 2 vertical uprights with straps. Brand PP-KD72F or equal only!, 20, EA; LI 005: 6mm X 72" X 72" Target Backer Board. UV resistant., 100, EA; LI 006: Installation Service of all equipment and disposal of materials. This includes demo and testing of product; and removal of existing targets. 1 year warranty., 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort Stewart intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort Stewart is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids.All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
