- clauses/ matrix Specifications RFQ The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Office of Forensic Sciences, Special Testing and Research Laboratory (STRL) require a 600 MHz NMR system. The specifications of the required configuration for the NMR system are attached. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334515- INSTRUMENT MANUFACTURING FOR MEASURING AND TESTING ELECTRICITY AND ELECTRICAL SIGNALS. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This is a brand name or equal requirement. This solicitation number DJD-14-Q-0120 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2005-75. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov. The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the responsive, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Amanda Jones at Amanda.Jones2@usdoj.gov by August, 18, 2014 12:00 Eastern Time. Final quotations must be received by August 20, 2014 at 12:00pm Eastern Time. The government intends to procure these services in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items procedures. The RFQ will only be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFQ and all attachments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FBO for the release of any amendments. All quotes shall be submitted electronically to Amanda.jones2@usdoj.gov. No late submissions will be accepted.
