- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - FA4620-14-T-A144- Removal and Re-Installation of the Closed Circuit Television for the Child Development Center at Fairchild AFB, WA. The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to remove the currently installed Close Circuit Television (CCTV), and install an upgraded fully functional CCTV system in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 16 July 2014 for Fairchild AFB. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. The Government will evaluate offers utilizing lowest price technically acceptable approach with technical acceptability based on a go/no-go basis. This procurement will be solicited as restricted. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621 and the related small business size standard is $20.5 million. A Fixed Price, Purchase Order will result from this solicitation with all work performed under individual task orders. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov. Procurement documents will NOT be directly provided in either a paper hard copy format or CDs. Notification of any changes to this solicitation will be made ONLY on the FBO website. It is, therefore, the contractor's responsibility to check the site daily for any posted changes in the solicitation documents, which will be available on or about 13 August 2014. Downloads from the Internet is free of charge; however, the solicitation documents may take time to download. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management at www.SAM.gov database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
