- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-14-T-0295 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20140528. This solicitation is for the purchase for Technetium Generators and Radiopharmaceuticals for San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
