- Description
- This RFQ is to support the Enterprise Services Directorates requirement for non-personal services to provide installation planning and maintenance support for the integrated facility access control systems at DECC Oklahoma City. This requirement requires brand name Lenel Products. Any contractor that submits a proposal shall have the ability to obtain Lenel brand products and software. All quoted equipment and software shall be Lenel equipment/software when applicable. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information and clarifications. All quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the PWS, the RFQ letter, and all other requirements of this solicitation. A site visit will be offered on Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Please reference the attached RFQ letter for information regarding times, access authorizations, and points of contact. Questions are due to Tim Still at timothy.s.still.civ@mail.mil by August 27, 2014 at 2:00 pm CST. Quotes are due to the same POC by September 5, 2014 at 2:00 pm CST.
