- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), Office of Purchasing and Contracts (OPC) has a need to continue an existing service supporting the NIH Clinical Center Executive Information System (EIS) within the NIH OD Office of Management Analysis and Reporting (OMAR). MicroStrategy Services Corporation provides EIS software services to allow CC departments and participating NIH institutes the ability to quickly access and analyze information across a broad range of hospital functions. EIS manages all aspects of the on-line business intelligence tool, offering a visual display of real-time reposting of key hospital performance indicators. The EIS provides query and reporting capabilities for executive decision makers, and allows staff to view daily, monthly, and annual hospital utilization. Conducting and distributing analysis and reporting on hospital census, activity, cost and patient quality measures. EIS distributes protocol resource utilization reports to Institute's scientific and clinical directors, identifying research utilization by patient, protocol, branch and Institute. EIS benchmarks the Clinical Center services, using industry standard data, with comparable Academic Medical Centers to augment performance management. It is NIH/CC/OPC's intent to sole source the requirement to: MicroStrategy Services Corporation 1850 Towers Crescent Plz Tysons Corner, Va 22182 The NAICS code is: 541519. It is anticipated that one purchase order will be issued for the provided services. This is not a Request for Quote. Sources interested in this requirement must provide a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this synopsis can be met. Responses must be in writing. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based on responses from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No phone calls will be accepted.
