- This is not a Pre-solicitation or Solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications; HUBZone, 8(a), Woman Owned Business, Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Business Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business and Large Business relative to NAICS Code 316210, Footwear Manufacturing, with a small business size standard not to exceed $35,500,000.00 average gross annual receipts. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate determinations about potential sources only.
