The specifications are as follows: Unique Capabilities: •4 Lasers six PMTs in a freeform optical design allow for the signal from any of the 4 lasers to be detected by any PMT with an appropriate filter change. This provides flexibility to setup a 1-6 color experiment from any single laser (405, 488, 561 or 638), or up to 6 colors from any combination of 2-4 lasers with only a filter change. •A precision molded replaceable flow cell provides a fresh nozzle and flow cell with each day. •Fully automated alignment and complete setup of sorting function including droplet breakoff, side stream positioning and drop delay calculation. •One touch nozzle exchange. Using the precision injection molded nozzle, the SH800 nozzle exchange literally uses a single finger to engage the chip in the automated loading mechanism. This means that users do not need to learn the delicate and precise process of properly removing and engaging new nozzles. Thread alignments and small o-rings are not part of the process. Users can focus on their samples and generating data and not waste time on changing nozzles or reinstalling a nozzle after a clog. •Small footprint •Capability of sorting into plates and Index sorting.
