ATTACHMENT 8 - Additional Environmental Requirements for Contractors; accomplish ATTACHMENT 6 - Waste Generated on Government Property, including satellite accumulation area (SAA); managing and disposing of Hazardous Waste (HW) and non-HW; accomplish ATTACHMENT 5 - Contractor Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office Check-In (RMMCO) ATTACHMENT 2 - Environmental Agreement with Contractors on Ship Projects ATTACHMENT 3 - Safety and Health Work Practices for Contractors ATTACHMENT 10 - Miscellaneous Requirements; accomplish ATTACHMENT 11 - Industrial Wastewater/Oily Wastewater; disposal process and requirements ATTACHMENT 1 - Specification SSPH-544-14 ATTACHMENT 7 - Dry Dock Requirements; accomplish N32253-14-T-0040 ATTACHMENT 4 - Security Requirements Applicable for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF’s Controlled Industrial Area, Other Sensitive Areas, Controlled Nuclear Information Areas, and/or Nuclear Work Areas ATTACHMENT 12 - Additional Requirements for Contractor Cranes, multi-purpose machines, material handling equipment (forklifts), construction equipment when used as cranes to lift suspended loads and rigging equipment when used on the Pearl Harbor Naval Base Complex; accomplish ATTACHMENT 9 - Shipyard Course of Action and Hold on Movement of Vehicles and Equipment Greater than 5 tons on Roadways between Crane Rail Trackage in the Vicinity of Drydocks #1, #2, #3, & #4; accomplish Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to procure a Firm Fixed-Price contract to accomplish the following barge repair: Control Hazardous Waste Produced on Naval Vessels; Replace Mooring Lines; and Replace Softserve Ice Cream Dispenser. The period of performance is 29 September 2014 to 31 October 2014. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code and small business standard for this procurement is 336611 and 1,000 employees respectively. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in the Request for Quote under Solicitation Number N32253-14-T-0040. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov.
