- SF 1449, Solicitation, AC Corrosion Control Services. Attachment 2 - Offeror Schedule. Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionaire (PPQ) Attachment 3 - SCA Wage Determination 2005-2069 (Rev.14) Attachment 5 - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). Travis AFB, CA, intends to make a single award for AIRCRAFT CORROSION CONTROL SERVICES, with a base year effective 1 October 2014 thru 30 September 2015; with four one year option periods. Work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all personnel, management, tools, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to perform Aircraft Corrosion Control services IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition will be set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 488190, and Product Service Code (PSC) code J015. The Size Standard for NAICS 488190 is $30M. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price requirements contract. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. This contract will be a "Price Performance Trade-Off" contract; award will be made based on the "Best Value" to the Government in accordance with FAR 15.101. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements Contract. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD SAM will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This solicitation is subject to FAR Part 52.232-18 Availability of Funds for the next Fiscal Year. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished.
