- Solicitation GENERAL INFORMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation as applicable. The solicitation number is 14-233-SOL-00531. This announcement is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, 1 Aug 2013. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is - 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. Small Business Size Standard is $10.0 in millions of dollars. This solicitation is issued as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. This announcement serves to notify contractors that the government contemplates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation for the services defined herein.
