- Contract Terms and Conditions SF 1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number is AG-82FT-S-14-0017. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513, size standard is $16.5 million. Discreption of equipment needed: Must meet requirements to complete EPA Methods 3051A, 3015A, and 3052. Programmable control and reporting. Closed vessel digestion using TFM vessels with both direct temperature and pressure controls. Minimum 16 place vessel rotar. The temperature requirements up to 260o C. Pressure requirements minimum 20 bars, maximum 80 bars Minimum microwave generator 1200 (W) with ability to disperse energy uniformly throughout the reaction vessel. Software safety safeguards. Built in exhaust system. Vessel Set : (40) 55mL vessels, (1) Vessel Rack and (1) 40-place turntable with (40) composite sleeves for use with the equipment. Installation & Training Offorors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with a DUNS number in order to participate in this procurement.
