- CLIN 0003 Attachment #3 CDRLs CLIN 0001 Attachment #1 VDI Parts List Attachment #4 Brand Name Justification CLIN 0002 Attachment #2 Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-14-Q-3165. NUWC Division Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the following items: CLIN 0001 Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) per the parts list in Attachment #1 CLIN 0002 Virtual Destop Infrastructure (VDI) Services in accordance with the Statement of Work in Attachment #2 CLIN 0003 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) see Attachments #3 Delivery: CLIN 0001 09/09/2014 CLIN 0002 required Period of Performance is 09 SEPT 2014-30 SEPT 2014 The basis for the brand name designation is contained in Attachment #4 F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport: Newport, RI. Acquisition is full and open competition. NAICS code is 334111 ; size standard is 1000. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-7001. Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items apply to this solicitation.
