- The National Marine Fisheries Service, J.J. Howard Marine Science Laboratory, 74 Magruder Road, Highlands, New Jersey has a requirement for a vendor to - Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to provide Sorting and Taxonomy of Benthic Macrofauna from Wind Energy Areas in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: September 1, 2014, or date of award, whichever is later, through December 31, 2014. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM): www.sam.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is F020 and NAICS Code is 541380, small business size standard is $15.0 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
