- Amendment (SF 30) to: Revised Combined Synopsis as of August 14, 2014 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Hewlett Packard (HP) software and hardware maintenance support renewal prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award on a competitive basis a contract for the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) for the required HP software and hardware maintenance support renewal. A detailed description of the requirement, the CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is H98210-14-R-0034 and issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-75, effective 24 June 2014, and DPN 20140624. This requirement is being advertised 100% set aside to small businesses. The NAICS code is 541519, Information Technology Value Added Resellers, and the size standard is 150 Employees. Offerors must be Hewlett Packard (HP) Authorized Resellers capable of providing all software and hardware HP Enterprise Suite Products per this solicitation. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Period of Performance will be date of award through April 30, 2015. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 11:00 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), Wednesday, August 27, 2014. Only proposals received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at: http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date.
