- The SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, and under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, a firm fixed priced order to Persistent Systems LLC of New York, NY. The requirement is for engineering services to support Persistent Systems LLC communications products that are a subcomponent of Government owned payloads. In addition, the required services will include engineering services to support the integration of Persistent Systems LLC communication products.This notice is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M.
