- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the acquisition of a Fire and Smoke Detection System, spare parts, technical documentation, and installation support services for the 225' WLB and the 327 WIX USCG EAGLE. The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, C&P3 Shared Services Division, intends to award one (1) Requirements type contract, with firm-fixed pricing, that includes a base year and four (4) option years. This solicitation will be a total small business set aside utilizing procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 for commercial item acquisitions. The NAICS Code is 335999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation and specifications shall be available at www.fbo.gov on/about 15 DAYS AFTER 700-22 APPROVAL. This date is estimated at best, and it is the contractor's responsibility to check FedBizOpps regularly for release of the solicitation. All responsible and capable small businesses may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
