- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services purchase order for a 3 year maintenance and support subscription for 25 User TPC Professional Edition V11.6 Update from Existing Copies (25 User Network License)., to Traverse PC, Inc., who is deemed as a single source reasonably available pursuant to FAR subpart 13.106(b)(1). The performance period is from 10/01/2014 for a period of three (3) years. The NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard $38.5M. Description of service: 1) Includes software program updates, 2) Phone support from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 4) 24/7 online technical support, 5) Printed learning guides, 6) Agile releases, 7) e-Reader, 8) Program compact discs, and training for all users.
