- Attachment B - Vendor Affixed Barcode Labels Attachment A2 - Cash-Pak Drawing 30083 Attachment A1 - Cash-Pak Free Fall Drop Attachment A - Specifications Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a hard copy of the solicitation will not be issued. This is Request for Proposal solicitation no. BEP-RFP-14-0268. This requirement is issued as a total small business set-aside under FAR Parts 12 &16 under NAICS code 326112 (Plastics Packaging Film and Sheet (including laminated) Manufacturing. Only qualified Offerors may submit responses. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. In this instance, BEP requires a contractor to furnish all facilities, labor, and materials to provide BEP with currency shrink wrap film that meet the BEP's requirements.
