- Brand name justifcation for JDS Uniphase Corporation (JDSU). This is a proposed acquisition for: JDSU MTS8000 Platform (Qty:1), JDSU Combined Medium Range CD PMD and Attentuation Profile Module 1435-1640nm (P/N: E81MRDISPAP; Qty: 1), JDSU OSA-500R Optical Spectrum Analyzer (P/N: 2281/91.55; Qty: 1), JDSU 1270-1640 nm Optical Broadband Source (P/N: E81BB2A; Qty: 1) for Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (FBO) on or about 18 Aug 2014. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 334515 and the size standard is 500 employees. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation.
