Description

This is not a request for proposal or quote announcement. This is a sources sought notice only, do not submit pricing. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS code 511210 and the small business size standard is $38.5 Million. Consistent with the VA's Veterans First Contracting Program, VA is particularly interested in identifying Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and/or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with the capability to perform. The Sources Sought Notice purpose, in the interest of seeking competition, is to determine the interest and capability of firms who offer an alternative, compatible program that can a)Provide system admin and installation of the Cache Software remotely b)Provide license support for ten users c)Provide on-site and remote training to end users d)Provide maintenance support for one year. Capabilities include transfer data from the prior AMS version to an alternative, compatible system; convert patient demographic data and the patient's current methadone order; and HL-7 Interface programs for the alternative, compatible program to Clinical Patient Record System (CPRS) applications. Interested parties are to provide a capabilities statement and any other pertinent information in sufficient detail for the Government to determine compatibility. All interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses should also indicate whether the company is verified by the VA in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) Database at www.vetbiz.gov.
