Description

SF18 All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 08/28/2014 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Solicitation N00421-14-T-0528 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed delivery order on a sole source basis with Rockwell Collins-ESA Vision Systems Limited Liability Company for OEM Service Repair of Test Set, Helmet MNT Display under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than 08/28/2014. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers. ***Instructions to Offerors*** Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.
