Description
This is Education & Training Resources Vendor Acknowledgement Form IRS Form W9. This is Education & Training Resources Terms & Conditions and applicable FAR clauses. This is the Request For Proposal, Scope of Work & bid sheet. This is the proposed layout for the laundry room. This is the NYS prevailing wage for this project. PRC# 2013006682. "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" OJCA-Funding Out Clause for all goods and services solicitations: In the event Government funds are no longer be available to support a Subcontract or Blanket Purchase agreement for any reason during the term of the agreements, the Center shall notify the vendor in writing of such occurrence, provide the vendor with evidence of such same occurrence, and the Subcontract or Blanket Purchase Agreement shall terminate on the same day as the unavailability of funds to support the said Agreement or center's prime contract or extended prime contract termination. In the event of such termination, the Center's obligations under a vendor Subcontract or Blanket Purchase Agreement shall terminate without penalty. Either party, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other, may terminate any agreement. A notice shall be effective on the same date as duly posted in the United States Certified Mail, and shall be addressed to the subcontractor. In the event the prime contractor's contract with the U.S. Department of Labor is terminated by that agency for any reason, the effective date of that termination will also apply to the goods or services subcontractor, unless terminated sooner by the prime contractor as stated above. Vendors are needed to provide and deliver (as specified in this FBO advertisement) Laundry Room Renovation construction services for the Oneonta Job Corps Academy. All potential vendors must go to the FBO web site to view the proposal requirements and down load the required forms to submit with their proposal. THIS IS A PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL NEW YORK STATE REGULATIONS & LAWS PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS. PRC#2013006682 IS THE PREVAILING WAGE SCHEDULE THAT APPLIES TO THIS PROJECT.
