- InnerView Software The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Raytheon Oakley Systems, LLC located at 1200 S. Jupiter Road, Garland, TX 75042 for the acquisition of InnerView subscription software, professional services support and basic training. Raytheon Oakley Systems has not authorized any other companies to be resellers of their InnerView Software. This tool fulfills Executive Order 13587. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The business size standard is $27.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is August 20, 2014, at 4:00pm Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to Rebecca.V.Stegall@usdoj.gov.
