Description

SOLE SOURCE HEADWORKS INC. SCREWPACTOR COMPACTOR. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(i)(A) to Headworks Inc. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP)-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Headworks Inc. is the only known source able to provide SW W220 Screwpactor Compactor to meet the Waste Water Management requirements in support of MAGTFTC/ MCAGCC. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice.
