- Wage determination Combo PWS Beale AFB CA - 30 Jul 2014 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Giant Voice Warning System Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is FA4686-14-T-0030 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-76 effective 25 July. This solicitation is being issued unrestricted open market under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code 334290 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offers. Offers are due by 2:00 pm PST on 8 September 2014.
