Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) for Hazardous Waste Management Services for the Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) located in Honolulu, Hawaii. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562112 and size standard of $38.5 million. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to https://www.sam.gov. Contractor must provide their DUNS Number and Tax Payers ID Number with the quote. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document, VA261-14-Q-1135, which contains the SOW, and all corresponding attachments attached, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Please check the posting daily for updates. The Contract Officer will not be contacting interested vendors regarding amendments. Please note the due date established by the solicitation. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via email, No telephone questions will be accepted. All quotes must be submitted no later than Friday, August 22, 2014 by 12:00 PM HST, by email to nicole.dorsey@va.gov.
