Description

The Northern Regional Contracting Office, Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, KY intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Reagents to test for Neisseria Gonorrhea and Chlamydia Trachomatis through DNA Methodology.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W91YTZ-14-T-0184 is a request for quotation (RFQ). The ordering period for the BPA will be 3 September 2014 - 2 September 2019. The NAICS Code is 334516.
