Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for medical database journal that are listed below from, the solicitation number is VA247-14-Q-1357_1, and this solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is a 511120 with a small business size standard. Quotes shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Shipping shall be by F.O.B. Destination. Vendors must honor quotes for 30 days from the closing date of this RFQ. Please complete the blanks in the Schedule/Specifications chart, and include any local part numbers. Quotes shall be emailed to Demetrius.Kittrell@va.gov. Please include "VA247-14-Q-1375_1 in the subject line of emails. Technical inquiries can be emailed to Demetrius.Kittrell@va.gov. Technical inquiries will be accepted through 12 p.m. EST, on August 22, 2014. For technical inquiries, please ensure that the subject line of all emails include "VA247-14-Q-1375_1.
