Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ScriptPro USA Inc. for monthly support services to include system software updates and upgrades for the ScriptPro prescription dispensing system in use at VISN 12 facilities: Clement J. Zablocki VAMC, Milwaukee, WI; William S. Middleton VAH, Madison, WI; Oscar G. Johnson VAMC, Iron Mountain, MI; Milo C. Huempfner Health Care Center, Green Bay, WI; Tomah VAMC, Tomah, WI, Appleton Community Base Outpatient Center, Rockford Community Based Outpatient Center. Manufacturer out the dispensing system is ScriptPro. ScriptPro is the only FSS vendor capable of providing updates and upgrades to their dispensing equipment software. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM (CST) August 30, 2014. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, VAMC GLAC, 115 South 84th Street - Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1476 or via fax to (414) 844-4891. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with ScriptPro USA Inc.
