- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) intends to issue an RFQ to existing WFLHD Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders for Geotechnical Drilling Services for Yellowstone National Park. WFLHD previously sought qualified suppliers under Sources Sought Notice DTFH70-13-SSN-00004, for Geotechnical Drilling and Support Services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12, the Acquisition of Commercial Items and in conjunction with FAR 13.303, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, BPA. This notice is for INFORMATION ONLY, contractors should not respond.
