Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to issue solicitation RFQP04141400015 for the requirements of 0.9% Sodium Chloride 1000ml Saline Bags for the Dialysis Unit. The estimated performance period is to begin on October 1, 2014 and will conclude on September 30, 2015. The contractor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri, 65807. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 325411. The solicitation is Unrestricted, FOB Destination, and is a firm-fixed price contract. The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The solicitation will be available on or after August 29, 2014, and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is on or about September 12, 2014.
