- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for boundary surveying for Fort Donelson National Battlefield in Dover, TN. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 541370 and the size standard is $15.0M. Boundary survey will accomplish all areas detailed in the statement of work. Expected magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $35,000. Basis for Award: Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ will be evaluated on a lowest evaluated price/technically acceptable basis. The evaluation factors are provided at the link listed above. Instructions: FAR 52.212-1 "Instructions to Offerors - Commercial" applies to this acquisition. Offerors are to include a copy of FAR provision 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items" with their response. The following FAR clauses also apply: 52.212-4 "Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items" and 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items".
