- Statement of Work The United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service, Silver Spring, MD, utilizing the procedures at Federal Acquisitions Regulations Part 13, has a requirement for a one day (8 hour) 'Delivering Effective Feedback and Having Difficult Conversations' class be developed and delivered for close to 200 supervisors in locations across the US. This is a 100% small business set aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430, with a size standard of $11 million. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for requirement details. The Government's estimated cost for this requirement is not expected to exceed Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any) and monitoring the website to ensure that they have the most up to date information regarding the acquisition. Proposals/Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the SOW. All questions resulting from this notice or the subsequent solicitation document must be submitted in writing via email to brian.clark@noaa.gov Reference the solicitation number in the subject line of your email. Offers and all required documents maybe submitted electronically (preferred), by mail carrier, or via fax (843)740-1290, however; the Government shall not be responsible for the malfunction of electronic machinery or mail carrier error. The award will be made on or around September 12th, 2014.
