Description

The NAICS Code is 332999. Utilizing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-14-G-5342, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division EOD Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, Maryland, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee(CPFF) order on a sole source basis to McNally Industries, LLC, Grantsburg, WI 54840-7004. The Contractor shall provide materials and services required to receive, inventory, stage, disassemble, inspect, convert, repair, overhaul, upgrade, manufacture, procure, assemble, test, preserve, package and ship MK 6 Ammunition Hoist components as specified in this technical instruction. McNally Industries is the only one responsible source which possesses the production capacity, knowledge, and proven experience to perform the work in the required time frame. THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
