- CANCELLATION NOTICE:Bids are being solicited under solicitation number 20082212_Watkins. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.If your company can provide the product/services listed on the solicitation and comply with all of the solicitation instructions, please respond to this notice. GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the FedBid Fee, for contract-specific items. If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bid's line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller's applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid's line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller's applicable contract pricing. Sellers may offer Open Market items only in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of their respective GSA Schedule AND upon approval from the soliciting Contracting Officer. Modem must be able to be provisioned by CBP under its existing cellular contract. ?Power Supply: 12 NiMH or Lithium AA 1.5 volt batteries ?Operating Temperature: -20? to +120? Fahrenheit ?Ability to add solar panel and/or separate battery bank for additional power supply ?Case Construction: Waterproof enclosure with camouflage pattern available for conceal ability ?Must transmit color pictures in daylight conditions and infrared pictures in low light conditions ?Adjustable ?Adjustable Frame Rate, trigger speed, trigger sensitivity and trigger delay ?Accept SD and SDHC memory cards up to 32GB minimum ?Infrared Flash must be invisible with no visible glow in dark conditions and have a flash range of at least 50 feet ?Image Resolution: up to 3.1 megapixel or better ?External Connections: Antenna and external charging port ?Physical Size: No more than 6 "High x 5" Wide x 4" Deep, 36, EA; LI 002: Cellular Enabled License Plate Camera - IAW attached SOW System Specifications- Single Enclosure Game Camera - Cellular Enabled License Plate Capture Camera (SM750C Cellular Enabled License Plate Capture or equivalent) ?Verizon Cellular modem, 3G minimum and 4G/LTE preferred. Modem must be able to be provisioned by CBP under its existing cellular contract. ?Must be able to capture a readable image of a license plate at 1 megapixel from a vehicle moving 50 miles per hour ?Power Supply: 12 NiMH or Lithium AA 1.5 volt batteries ?Operating Temperature: -20? to +120? A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
