- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 29,312 rentable square feet of space in Charlotte, NC. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 25,402 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet available for use by a tenant fro personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The lease must be a fully serviced office. This space is required no later than February 1st, 2015. The lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease in whole or in part after the firm term on sixty (60) days written notice to the Lessor. Buildings must be located in the Charlottewithin this delineated area: Begin at intersection of Johnston Rd. and Endhaven Ln. Proceed south to Ballantyne Corporate Place. Go west on Ballantyne Corporate Place and proceed to Harney Drive. Take Harney Drive to Rushmore Drive. Proceed to Ballantyne Commons Pkwy. Take Ballantyne Commons Pkwy. east to North Community House Road. Take North Community House road North through 485 and ending at Endhaven Ln. Finally, take Endhaven Ln. west to Johnston road. Buildings which face and have a street address on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated area described above. Location shall embody a professional office image. The Government reserves the right to reject space adjacent to or in the immediate vicinity of railroad tracks, industrial/warehouse sites, hazardous material storage facilities, etc. Public transportation must be identified and available within a three (3) block radius. The Agency requires 44 structured parking spaces. No sub-leases. Facilities that provide underground parking should have access control to tenants only.
