Amendment A001; 08/19/2014; This solicitation is hereby amended to post questions and answers that have been posed to us; the Section C specifications have been edited to include space for quantities and pricing (as is the format on the German translation); we have extended the time period for receipt of questions until August 22, 2014; and, we have extended the deadline for receipt of proposals until September 5, 2014. See the attached documents; especially the Amendment A001.
