- The purpose of this amendment #1 is to extend the offeror due date to increase competition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to obtain new Swage Tool Kit, P/N DLTFRPSKT3009 and NSN 5180-01-374-8266. This toolkit is an aircraft maintenance toolkit used to repair tubing assemblies on all assigned aircraft at Kadena Air Base. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA5270-14-Q-0068, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
