- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation number W81K00-14-R-0048 and is a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 dated 01 July 2014. The NAICS code is 325120 and size standard is 1000. The Government anticipates awarding a single award issued as Firm Fixed Price, UNRESTRICTED. The requirements of this solicitation are for delivery of medical gases to include tank refills and rental to multiple locations for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA 30905. The period of performance is 1 Oct 2014 - 30 Sep 2015. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All responses must be received by 20 September 2014, 4:00 P.M, Eastern Standard Time. Continued on Attachment.
