Description
RFQ Protestant Music Director Solicitation for Protestant Music Director Performance Work Statement 20 August 2014 Combined Synopsis Solicitation Protestant Music Director This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial available personal services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA4686-14-T-0016 Protestant Music Director, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-76, effective 25 July 2014. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside IAW FAR Part 6 and Subpart 19.5. Offerors must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Offerors can register at http://www.sam.gov. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 813110. The size standard for this acquisition is $7.5 Million annual revenue. The standard Industry Code is 8661. Tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. Quotes are due no later than 1630/4:30pm (PST), September 19, 2014. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
