- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REPRESENTING MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS, IVNITATION FOR BIDS, OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL RESULT FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground is conducting market research to determine the availability of small businesses, capable of fulfilling the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC) need for maintenance and support of the following equipment: ArrayScan HCS Reader Platform, Confocal Module, Live Cell Chamber, in the Edgewood Area of APG, Research Development Engineering Command (RDECOM), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010-5424. Contractor should have the capability to provide the following services: Unlimited break/fix site visits, unlimited parts as determined by FSE, unlimited technical support (phone, WebEx), 1 PM visit per year contract, vHCS client SW support (Discovery Toolboxes, vHCS View), ArrayScan instrument (Brightfield Module, Emission FW, ApoTome included) and software updates released during term of agreement. Maintenance and Support for the Confocal Module and its associated LED light engine, cabling, and power supply. Provide Maintenance and Support for the Live Cell Chamber and controlling components per the agreement on the main ArrayScan asset. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219 OTHER ELECTRONIC AND PRECISION EQUIPMENT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE. The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: The contractor must include in their Capability Statement (1) the company name, address, phone number/email address for POC at the company, certification of business size, cage code and DUNS number, (2) staff expertise and experience along with their availability to perform work on this specific piece of equipment.
