- FE Warren Barrier Maintenance Combined Synopsis-Solicitation - Revision 2 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Submit written proposals (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFP reference number FA6800-14-Q-S015. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for regular periodic inspection and maintenance, unscheduled inspection and maintenance, and emergency repair for active vehicle barrier systems at FE Warren AFB in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for full details Proposals are due 15 Sep 2014, at 1400 Central Time. **Offerors are encouraged to also consider proposing on the other four Air Force Global Strike Command barrier maintenance requirements. RFP numbers are: FA6800-14-Q-S014 (Barksdale AFB, LA), FA6800-14-Q-S016 (Malmstrom AFB, MT), FA6800-14-Q-S017 (Minot AFB, MT), and FA6800-14-Q-S018 (Whiteman AFB, MO).
