- Shipboard Habitability Work. This solicitation amendment is issued to update the Statement of Work with notes taken on the site visit on 8/19/14. Attachments include the Ships Store Layout and a Barber Counter Example. The solicitation closing date will not be extended. All shipboard furnishings shall be constructed IAW MIL-PRF-32038A. All materials shall meet the fire performance requirements of MIL-STD-1623. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO web site: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Electronic submission of quotes is available through the NECO web site.
